By accessing or using ShowUp ("the Service"), operated at eshowup.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

ShowUp is a SaaS platform that helps appointment-based businesses reduce no-shows through automated WhatsApp reminders, online booking, patient confirmation, and analytics. The Service is designed for clinics, salons, and similar businesses operating in the UAE.

To use ShowUp, you must register a clinic account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

As a clinic using ShowUp, you are the data controller for your patients' personal information. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate consent from patients to store their data and send WhatsApp messages
• Ensuring the accuracy of patient contact information
• Complying with applicable data protection laws in the UAE

ShowUp acts as a data processor on your behalf.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

ShowUp sends messages via WhatsApp through Twilio's API. Message delivery depends on third-party services (Twilio, Meta/WhatsApp) and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for message delivery failures, delays, or charges imposed by mobile carriers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp messaging complies with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy.

We strive to keep ShowUp available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

ShowUp currently offers a free trial period for new clinics. Paid subscription plans may be introduced in the future. We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes. You will not be charged without your explicit consent.

The ShowUp platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue from no-shows, missed appointments, or message delivery failures.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
